Cancellation Policy
Rental Agreement Statement This agreement outlines the service provision by the provider to the client. As per the agreement: Billing Information: The billing address corresponds to the address linked to the payment method used for transaction verification. It is imperative that this address matches the payment method records for secure processing. Services Provided: The provider will supply a photo booth, graphic overlays, props, and an attendant for assistance. The photo booth will operate within agreed-upon hours, with setup and breakdown times reserved. Electricity and appropriate facilities must be provided by the client. Software and Media Sharing: The provider uses specified software for capturing and sharing booth media. By engaging these services, the client consents to the software's privacy policy. The provider is not liable for issues arising from media sharing by event guests. Event Logistics: The event will occur at a specified location and time, with details agreed upon by both parties. Weather Policy and Force Majeure: Adverse weather requires a backup indoor location. Cancellation due to severe weather conditions results in a non-refundable deposit. Extreme circumstances allow for event rescheduling, subject to availability; otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the agreement signing, with the balance due on the event day. Late payments or non-payments may lead to reservation termination or legal action for balance recovery. Client and Provider Responsibilities: The client must provide a suitable venue and ensure guest decorum. The provider is responsible for operational photo booth services and timely delivery of digital media. Both parties agree to indemnify each other from liabilities related to the service use. Intellectual Property: The client retains all rights to the content used. The provider is granted a non-exclusive license for service provision and may use the event content for marketing with proper credit to the client. Governing Law and Agreement Finality: The laws of Texas govern the agreement and represent the complete understanding between the parties, superseding prior agreements. Amendments require written consent from both parties. By booking, the client acknowledges understanding and agreement to these terms.
